Haystack Mountain Golf Course has had a great historical and legendary
presence among the local community and the Ebel family. Amid the cottonwood groves of today’s course, Chief Niwot and his Arapaho tribe made their winter home in the early 1800’s. In the twentieth century, the Ebel family came to reside on the land, and the family’s perseverance and unrelenting dedication to the land has made Haystack Mountain Golf Course a historical, family-oriented, and relaxing place to enjoy the game of a lifetime.
